REFUND POLICY:
At Holy Standard, every purchase helps support missionary work. Because our products are released in limited quantities and a portion of every purchase is donated, we maintain a strict return policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Returns must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.
To qualify for a return:

Holy Standard does not offer exchanges.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order.
Ordering the wrong size does not guarantee eligibility for a refund.
If a return request is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once an order has shipped, Holy Standard is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or misplaced during transit.
All shipping issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier associated with your tracking number.
Customers should contact the shipping provider to file a claim or locate the package.
Holy Standard does not assume liability for shipping carrier errors.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

If the issue is verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Items returned after the 3-day window
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to sender, shipping costs and return shipping fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Due to fast fulfillment times, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks without contacting us first may be permanently restricted from purchasing from Holy Standard.
