Product descriptions and images are intended to be accurate but may vary slightly due to manufacturing or display differences.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Holy Standard reserves the right to:

  • Change product pricing at any time
     

  • Correct pricing errors
     

  • Cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes
     

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

 

4. Shipping Policy

Holy Standard currently ships within the continental United States.

Orders shipped within the continental United States are subject to a $5 flat-rate shipping fee per order.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number associated with the shipping carrier.

 

5. Shipping Liability

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Holy Standard is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced during transit.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier associated with their tracking number to file a claim or request assistance.

 

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Holy Standard is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

Key points include:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
     

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
     

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
     

  • Holy Standard does not offer exchanges
     

Holy Standard reserves the right to approve or deny return requests.

 

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
     

  • Photos of the item
     

  • Photos of the packaging
     

Holy Standard will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

9. Missionary Support Disclaimer

Holy Standard operates with a mission to support Christian missionary work.

A portion of revenue is allocated by Holy Standard to support missionary efforts.

These donations are determined internally and are not tax-deductible for customers.

Purchasing from Holy Standard does not constitute a charitable donation made by the customer.

 

10. Fraud & Chargebacks

Holy Standard reserves the right to investigate suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks without first contacting customer support may be restricted from future purchases.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holy Standard shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
     

  • incidental damages
     

  • consequential damages
     

arising from the use of our products or website.

Customers assume responsibility for the use of any products purchased from Holy Standard.
